Founded in 1989, our Group expands worldwide and employs over 750 people in a multicultural network of 15 subsidiaries in Europe, Africa, America, and Asia.

Specialised in the development, manufacturing and marketing of creative ingredients and solutions for the wheat-flour-bread-patisserie sector, experts in crusty, soft, taste and texture, we share with our customers the same passion for bread, morning goods and patisserie.

EUROGERM becomes a producer & creator and launches its Bio-fermentation Programme with ETIC, an R&D center which includes a laboratory and a pilot facility, while also opening a plant dedicated to bio-fermentation in France

Jean-François HONORÉ joins EUROGERM as Group President

Acquisition of EUROGERM in the form of an LMBO led by NAXICAP PARTNERS, an affiliate of the BPCE group, and several EUROGERM managers following the transfer of the group by Jean-Philippe GIRARD
