To keep pace with the Group’s growth ambitions, strengthening its research and development efforts was an essential step. ETIC, which stands for the EUROGERM Technological Innovation Center, was inaugurated in 2022 in Quetigny, near the EUROGERM head office and the new bio-fermentation plant. In addition to the 600-m² laboratory, key to the selection and creation of our own consortia of microorganisms, ETIC also has a pilot workshop for co-developing and testing innovative sourdoughs and future ingredients at a smaller scale.
EUROGERM is starting a new chapter in its development by consolidating its R&D teams and facilities.
